Our Approach to Training Emphasizes Best Practices and Experiential Learning.
From our experience in applying adult learning principles to the nonprofit world, we have discovered how nonprofit leadership and staff learn most effectively. We utilize short presentations of best practices accompanied by small group interactions with exercises to enhance the learning experience.
Workshops conclude by reconvening into larger groups to discuss key learnings and discoveries and how to apply them on the job.
Our workshop leaders are expert in facilitating the sharing of challenges and successes between staff and management, allowing for a cross-pollination of ideas, techniques and wisdom.
